DESCRIPTION:Sky Wars\, presented by the Missouri Pyrotechnics Association\, is the nation’s largest fireworks competition held in Innsbrook\, Missouri.\n\n\nSky Wars is the nation’s largest fireworks competition and one of the only pyrotechnic competitions in the U.S.  We invite pyrotechnicians (who are among the nation’s top fireworks choreographers) to create breathtaking pyromusicals for an audience of all ages.  \nSky Wars is celebrating its 17th annual fireworks championship on September 24\, 2022 with two hours of fiery fun for the entire family. Sky Wars will feature The Fireball Dudes\, who hold a world record for their signature gasoline fireballs. They will attempt to break another world record at this year’s event.  \n\nGROUP SALES – Have a large group? For groups (25 and up)\, we have a special rate. Tickets are $15.00 per adult or $7 per child and may be purchased at the door. \nFor over 50 years\, the Pinnacles Youth Park has been funded entirely by private donations\, shelter reservation fees paid by groups for various events and small fundraisers. We pride ourselves in maintaining the original goal to never charge fees for youth groups to use the park. Also\, the park receives no government funding of any kind.

Approximately 100 quilts will be hung in the museum’s two galleries. \nThis year’s quilt show theme is “Quilt Song.” It will feature quilts associated with favorite or iconic songs\, and there will be an associated contest in which visitors can try to match songs to quilts in the show. Other quilt categories this year will include memory quilts (quilts associated with a person or event)\, quilts honoring veterans\, baby quilts\, quilts made by quilters age 16 and under\, and miscellaneous quilts (including antique).
