Our speaker, Jessica Ann, is a policy analyst with the Missouri Budget Project, a nonprofit organization providing objective, independent research on Missouri’s state budget and policy decisions.  Prior to joining the Missouri Budget Project, she served as Chief of Staff in the Missouri State Senate, managing a legislative portfolio that included the appropriations committee.
