Veteran-Led Wild Game Cooking Class

Lindsey Koelling, RD, LD, Truman VA’s Healthy Teaching Kitchen Coordinator, will host a Veteran-led cooking class on how to cook wild game. John Dudley, a U.S. Navy Veteran, will offer instruction on preparing deer. The class will be held in-person in Truman VA’s Patient Education Center or virtually through VA Video Connect.
