Surtsey, the indie/Americana group from St. Louis, Missouri, will kick off the night. Known for their powerful blend of folk and country influences, Surtsey’s latest effort, “Nothing Doing,” explores life’s challenges with resilience and hope. Their introspective lyrics and captivating sound will set the perfect tone for the evening.
Following them, Goldpine will take the stage with their bold, harmony-driven Americana sound. This husband-wife duo has garnered acclaim for their engaging performances from Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion to the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium. As the winners of the 2022 Rocky Mountain Songwriter Contest, Goldpine’s distinctive harmonies and evocative compositions promise to captivate the audience and create an unforgettable atmosphere.
Capping off the night will be The January Lanterns, the beloved duo from Columbia, Missouri. Andrew and Kristen Camp’s beautiful blend of Indie-Folk-Pop has resonated with listeners far and wide. They are ready to take the stage at Rose Music Hall to celebrate their next single release, “Howl At The Sun”. Their upcoming album, “That’s What We’ll Be,” set to release in early 2025, promises to showcase their signature warmth and emotional depth. Their music feels like a calming warmth in the midst of deep winter with their stories of love, loss, and everything in between; two lanterns aglow in the night sky.
