Final Dedication of the Veterans Memorial Park

Join us for the final dedication of the Veterans Memorial Park in Rolla.  The land for this park was initially dedicated in 2007 and we have just finished major construction of the park.  The city of Rolla provided the land for the park, but all money required for building the park was acquired through fund raisers and donations.  The event is being held on July 27th because the local chapter of the Korean War Veterans Association initiated the process of organizing things for the park, and July 27th is Korean War Armistice Day.   The Army Band from Fort Leonard Wood MO is providing music and there will also be a color guard from the Fort.
