Families Eating Smart and Moving More is a program designed to improve participants’ diets nutritionally, increase daily physical activity, and increase home food safety practices. The FESMM curriculum is evidence-based and hands-on; and teaches food resource management, and how to become food security. Next class series at the Family Impact Center starts July 8 and ends August 12, 2025, with sessions being held on Tuesdays 9-10 am. and are free but require registration.
