This retreat is designed for EVERY body in mind. However, we intend to be physically active. If you have any limitations we are here to support you and make it accessible as best as we possibly can. There will be chairs available for yoga and ALWAYS the option to opt out of any activity not only if your personal body is asking for it, but also if the heart and soul are asking for more rest. This retreat is for YOU and that may be immersing yourself in a sacred space and napping in a hammock all weekend.
