Join We Stand United Missouri and fellow pro-democracy advocates at the Missouri State Capitol on September 20 to defend our Constitution and our Democracy.
WHY ATTEND?
Stand up for the Constitution – Show lawmakers that democracy belongs to the people. Your presence says, “Yes, democracy matters. Yes, we still believe in the Constitution. And yes, we’re willing to act.”
Strength in numbers – Hundreds will gather at the Missouri Capitol to defend our rights together.
Connect locally – Strengthens networks that sustain democratic action.
Be part of history – Join a growing movement to protect democracy for future generations.




WHAT TO BRING:
Signs or posters–we’ll have signs you can borrow also.
Water bottle – Stay hydrated, especially if it’s warm.
Comfortable shoes – You’ll likely be standing or walking.
Weather-appropriate clothing – Light layers if it’s warm; bring a light jacket if cooler.
Sunscreen & hat – Missouri sun in September can still be strong.
Fully charged phone/power bank – For photos, livestreams, or coordination.
Positive attitude & respectful energy – Helps create a welcoming, united environment.
Friends and family who value democratic principles. The more people who show up, the louder the message. Bringing children, teens, or young adults helps them learn firsthand about civic engagement, the Constitution, and the power of peaceful assembly.
