Thursday, May 5th Launch and Intro to Breathing Mindfully;
Thursday, May 12th Breath and Your Emotions;
Thursday, May 20th Calming Breath
& Thursday, May 27th Breathing Mindfully and Restorative Yoga

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Sessions are priced per class or as a bundle.


WEEK 1 (Thursday, May 5th, 6:30 pm):
Launch Specials: Enjoy an attendance gift of organic soap: a blend of essential oils, avocado, coconut and olive oils, and an orange slice; crafted by K&K Company, especially for Serendipity. Plus a shibori tie-dye 100% cotton hankie from Carpe Diem Craft Company.

We’ll practice an all-levels, gentle-paced hatha yoga flow. We’ll tune in, noticing our current breathing patterns. $15*

Bring your own yoga mat and any additional desired props.

WEEK 2 (Thursday, May 12th, 6:30 pm):
This week’s theme focuses on how our emotions influence our breath and our breath can influence our emotions. All-levels hatha yoga. $15*

WEEK 3 (Thursday, May 20th, 6:30 pm): Learn breathing patterns to reset your mind and mood during our all-levels hatha yoga flow. $15*

WEEK 4 (Thursday, May 27th, 6:30 pm): Breathing slower, deeper, & better. Restorative yoga. $15*

Bring your own yoga mat and some blankets and pillows. Bring cozy props that will help you relax deeply.
