Saturday, March 28th at The Bistro
Doors open at 6pm. Dinner Service begins at 6:30pm.

Grilled Oysters
Oysters, herb butter, parmigiano reggiano, Solay

Crawfish Rolls
Smoked Cajun butter, crawfish tails, celery, red pepper, onion, potato roll slider

Brie, spiced cream cheese, puff pastry, pepper jelly

Cajun Crab Cake Bites
Blue crab, onions, peppers, remoulade, microgreens

First

Shrimp and Grits
Cheese grits with peppers, onions, jalapeno, and celery, topped with grilled cajun shrimp and white wine sauce

Seared Sole Roulade
Sole rolled and filled with lump crab meat and mirepoix, served with red pepper cream sauce on a bed of arugula

Gumbo with Rice and Red Beans
Grilled chicken, andouille, and alligator tail stewed with onions, bell peppers, celery, and cajun seasonings, served with red beans and rice

Royal icing, raspberry coulis, gold sprinkles
