Celebrate and enjoy all of the bounty that summer brings with us on August 24th! We’re excited to announce that our guest dinner chef is our talented friend Cary McDowell! Chef Cary was born and raised in Southeast Tennessee where as a child he learned to love deep southern food traditions. As an adult – Cary traveled to France where he learned French and Italian technique and sensibilities from great chefs such as Daniel Boulud. He has been both Chef and owner of restaurants, and has developed or refined many innovative concepts, such as hyper seasonal ingredient fine dining and ruff-hewn takes on the southern classics of his past. Chef Cary currently resides in STL and is the Executive Chef for the Euclid Hospitality Group where he is developing exciting new concepts that push boundaries while not straying too far from the fundamentals of his classic roots. The evening will begin with welcome cocktails, passed appetizers and music on the patio followed by a four course dinner featuring the best locally sourced ingredients available from our farm and other local farms. Dinner will take place outside if the weather permits. In case of rain or excessive heat - we will move the dinner inside. Tickets are $125 and include a welcome summer cocktail, appetizers, dinner, wine, dessert and coffee. Dinner guests must be 21 years of age to attend.
