Guerl-rilla Theatre ONLINE: Pygmalion

Sunday, October 4, 2020, 2:30 AM - 3:30 AM

Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw
Adapted by Katie Hays

With Shaw's signature wit and humor, Pygmalion centers on Eliza Doolittle and on Henry Higgins' work to "fix" her. If you only know this story from My Fair Lady, you're missing out on intriguing questions of agency, class, and when what happens we interfere in others' lives.

Guerl-rilla Theatre brings drama to life through dynamic readings. All roles are played by female-identifying performers.

The play will be live-streamed on YouTube Saturday, October 3 at 7:30 p.m.
Not free Oct. 3? You can view later at your convenience.

Tickets are available at After purchasing a ticket, you’ll receive a viewing link on show day.

Presented in partnership with Talking Horse Productions and MU Women’s & Gender Studies.

Cost: Tickets are $10. After purchase, you will receive a viewing link on show day.
